We do not advocate for either party.\u00a0 Instead, we evaluate whether the conduct described in the charges is supported by evidence and whether it violates the National Labor Relations Act.\u00a0 No conclusions have been reached at this time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>If the investigation finds merit to any of the allegations and a settlement cannot be reached, Region 7 may issue a complaint and proceed to a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI want to acknowledge the professionalism and dedication of the Region 7 staff who are working diligently on this matter,\u201d Kerwin added.\u00a0 \u201cTheir commitment to careful, impartial fact-finding is essential to carrying out the Agency\u2019s mission under the National Labor Relations Act.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Region 7 remains committed to a fair and timely resolution consistent with the National Labor Relations Act.<\/p>\n<p><em>Established in 1935, the National Labor Relations Board is an independent federal agency that protects employees from unfair labor practices and protects the right of private sector employees to join together, with or without a union, to improve wages, benefits and working conditions.
